Membership Booking Policy
Remember that you are obligated to book your dates and times for your prepaid Membership services. If you do not book your appointment dates and times for your prepaid services within each month and not receive services. You will Not be eligible for a refund. If you miss an appointment during a month you can only reschedule that appointment for the same month If there is availability to do so. A New month begins a new appointment cycle. Your missed services DO NOT roll over into the next month.
